LEA Partners Becomes Majority Shareholder Of PROCAD


Karlsruhe, 6.8.2018 - The private equity company LEA Partners is investing in the PROCAD GmbH & Co. KG together with the management team via its LEA Mittelstandspartner Fonds. The founder and former sole shareholder Volker Wawer remains managing director.

Raimund SchlotmannPROCAD develops and distributes a digitization platform for Product and Document Lifecycle Management (PDM and PLM) and, with more than 650 customers, is a major provider of solutions for the digitization of SMEs in Germany and abroad. Raimund Schlotmann (photo PROCAD), who has been managing director of PROCAD since 2013 alongside Volker Wawer, has significantly contributed to the company along with other members of the management team in the course of the transaction. He explains: "Strengthened by the expertise and resources of our new majority shareholder, we can significantly advance our company in an important development phase: not only by expanding our sales and partner network, but also by investing more in our product platform."
